Screw Sand Washer are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed-circuit with ball mill in mining processing,in order to get a certain degree fineness of ore particles, meanwhile increasing the efficiency of grinding. Screw Sand Washer from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. Screw Sand Washer with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine particles rice, and the coarse particles sinks to the bottom of tank. Overflow weir is above the bearing center Screw Sand Washer is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end.

Spiral Classifier-Product improvement

Spiral Classifier-Product Application
The overflow spiral blade is higher than overflow level, and the overflow spiral center is lower than overflow surface. The high wire spiral classifier is applied in the classification of ore with particle size 0.83-0.15mm
